FAQs

Prices are based off a number of factors, such as, distance traveling, number of passengers traveling, size of aircraft and overnights required by aircraft / crew. You can recieve an approximate  quote by entering this information into the quote generator at the top of this page. Or here.
All changes made to the itinerary are subject to the cancelation policy dictated by the air carrier of your flight. You will be made aware of such policies prior to booking.
Most private terminals allow for you to drive your car next to your departing flight. In some cases the airport won’t allow this, but is not that common.
Security checks are conducted by a TSA name search from the passenger manifest. Your baggage won’t go through a formal baggage check, but they are subject to search by the crew of the aircraft.
Pets are able to travel as long as they meet the policies of your specific air charter company.
Baggage allowance is based off of the allotted baggage space and weight requirements of the aircraft you’re flying on. If carrying more baggage that typical is a priority for you then we can accommodate that need with a more formidable aircraft.
